Marshal St. - Late last week, we were informed that 50 families in a neighborhood in Richmond were at risk of eviction this month. Then, this week, our state legislators passed over anti rent-gouging legislation for the fifth year in a row! 

Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026: RENT PARTY - Support for Families Facing Eviction - Studio Two Three, 109 W. 15th St., 7-11 PM - This need is urgent so limited presale tickets available. Purchase on Venmo @richmond-tenants. Tickets available at the door. Please bring cash for drinks, raffles and more!
